Carrie Becks
, President of RED Marketing, has over 28 years experience in imaging technology - starting in diagnostic imaging center management, equipment sales and medical practice business development. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester, Genesee Hospital School of Radiological Sciences, with a degree in Radiology Sciences and Physics. Her background includes experience with CT, CT Screening, MRI, PET and ultrasound imaging equipment and techniques as well as CTA, lung, CAD and virtual colonoscopy. Since launching RED Marketing in 2001, she has facilitated development of major imaging centers throughout the United States and in Europe, providing expertise in practice development, capital equipment financing and marketing. An expert in the field of radiology and ultrasound, she has been cited and written for numerous medical publications and lectured at a number of institutions and conferences. Carrie practices yoga to center herself and her agency business. She is also active in many volunteer organizations & sings for the Angel City Chorale.
Stephanie Larson
, Creative Director / Web & Graphics Designer, graduated from the University of Wisconsin OshKosh, Cum Laude, with a BFA in Graphic Communications. She has 15 years of Advertising experience, working as an Art Director in Milwaukee/Chicago at an ad agency over 150 employees and a Santa Monica, CA agency with 20 employees, before landing at RED. Stephanie has created print & TV advertising with consumer clients such as Florsheim Shoes, Milwaukee Bucks Basketball, Firstar Bank, OshKosh B'Gosh, Stacy Adams, Milwaukee Art Museum, Pathways Medical Advocates, Nascar’s California Speedway, LA Philharmonic, Ringling Bros, UpperDeck Baseball Cards, and The United Way. Her work has been awarded in Graphis, HOW, and the Milwaukee Addy's. She has experience presenting creative concepts, design, and comprehensive campaigns to clients from several industries, with businesses big and small. Since moving to CA, Stephanie has settled into an active role at RED maintaining client relationships and creative continuity within marketing strategies, budgets, and utilizing creatives with a wide array of talents. Besides designing ads, branding clients, and building web sites; Stephanie is busy hiking, horseback riding, salsa dancing, and teaching fitness and yoga.
Lily Zepeda
, COO, graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.A. in Print Journalism. She began her production adventures at Film Yard Productions in Albuquerque before venturing to the WB and UPN stations as an Account Executive. She then moved to Whole Foods Market as a Marketing Coordinator in the West LA office. Lily brought all her experience to RED in 2006 to become the Account Manager on several key accounts. She has experience in marketing management, writing, sales and television production. Her expertise lies in facilitating communication between our creative teams and clients, collaborating with consultants, visual designers, programmers, and web developers to define project budgets and schedules. Aside from working diligently, Lily is busy pounding the pavement and winning many local 5K's and half marathons.
Mary Strobel
, has over 25 years of extensive and diverse experience in the writing, design and implementation of marketing communications efforts. As Corporate Director of Strategic Marketing Programs for a Fortune 500 company, she was responsible for and contributed to the overall content and design for all audio-visual and multi-media presentations, proposals, print and electronic media, trade shows, corporate events, conferences and meetings. She has also edited several novels, biographies and scripts for a literary agency's clients. She has received numerous industry awards including an Emmy for a documentary on the History Channel.
Brenda Stumpf
, Brenda Stumpf serves as Creative Director at RED. She graduated Cum Laude from California State University Long Beach with her BFA in Graphic Design. For the past 11 years, she has worked to develop cutting edge creative campaigns for a diverse clientele. brenda's clients include Isuzu Motors, Turner Broadcasting, TransAmerica Bank, Namco Games, Fox Television, NordicTrack, Sizzler Restaurants, Elizabeth Arden, Sony, and HealthNet. Her award-winning work has been featured in CMYK magazine, Flash 5 Visual Jumpstart, The One Show, Promax Broadcasting, and The National Paperbox Association. Brenda feels that good design stems from understanding both the client and the client's specific audience. Knowing how people interact with design allows her to create solutions that optimize performance and results.

Elizabeth Wika
, Media Director, earned her B.S. in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising at Northern Illinois University. She started her career as a Traffic Manager at Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt where she worked on the Southern California Chrysler Dealer and Kawasaki accounts. She moved to Chiat/Day in Los Angeles and spent another three years as Traffic Supervisor on the Porsche, Mitsubishi Electronics, Energizer and Home Savings of America accounts in print, broadcast and website production. Elizabeth joined Stein Robaire Helm in Brentwood, CA as Traffic Director in 1990. There she helped expand the traffic department when the agency won the IKEA account and successfully launched its grand opening to award winning advertising. After a five year stint there, she freelanced at Team One, Grey, Ogilvy and Disney until joining Siltanen Keehn as Traffic Director in 2000 for Round Table Pizza and dotTV. In 2005 she began freelancing at RED and has since joined the agency full time bringing with her 23 years of print, broadcast, media and internet experience. Elizabeth has a strong reputation in the industry for her wry sense of humor and punctuality.
Katherine Orozco
, CFO, is the Business Manager at RED with an emphasis in banking and finance. She completed her studies in 2002 at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, one of the most prestigious universities in Colombia. She completed an eight-month internship at a Colombian-Japanese Non-Profit Organization, researching productivity, including measuring increases in the productivity of various sugar producers. She also worked with an important financial fund (Porvenir S.A.) in the Client Service Department in 2003-2004. The most valuable part of her experience is the knowledge she gained about the massive consumption products market. She worked as an Account Executive, for more than three years, for the Colombian Branch of Nielsen Co., one of the most well known companies in marketing and research globally. Her responsibilities included consulting with important Colombian companies and international companies, such as Colgate Palmolive. She began as an intern at RED in 2007 to fulfill her English language course requirement. Currently, she manages the financial aspects of client media plans as well as various of the accounting function at our company
Tommy Bruno
, Art Director, Tommy comes to RED Marketing with an extensive background in magazine development and design. He creates 25-30 ad designs per issue of the magazines he works with. His client list includes Jaguar, Adidas, Sundance Film Institute and Bombardier. His duties with RED Marketing include assisting in the direction of all ad campaigns, visuals and design elements, as well as overseeing junior and senior designers
Eric Tooley
, Senior Interactive Art Director, is responsible for the design, concept and creation of web pages, interactive flash projects, web direct e-mail pieces, web banners. He also is responsible for the design and art direction of traditional print materials such as packaging, branding, collateral, brochures, signage, direct mail, direct e-commerce and ads. He has been the designer/art director for Warner Bros. Studio Stores and Smart & Final Stores.
Courtney Moss
, Graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a BA in Law and Society. Courtney completed her MBA with emphasis in Marketing, at Loyola Marymount University in May 2010. Courtney participated in LMU's Comparative Management Systems program in 2009, where she performed an in-depth analysis of International Sales between companies in the US, Australia and New Zealand. Courtney has worked in the legal field with Solomon, Saltsman & Jamieson as a law clerk. She moved to the fashion industry as an Assistant Buyer at Diane’s Beachwear and a Merchandising and Sales Associate for Katwalk, where she learned of her interest and talent for business and marketing. Courtney's interests include playing beach volleyball, watching college football, and entertaining.
